Ladies only Personal Training Service offering 1-1, 1-2 and small group training in both gym and private environments.

Strength and Conditioning Personal Trainer and experienced endurance specialist. Providing 1-1, 1-2 personal training and tailored programming to those wishing to hit their goals

Max Meredith

Specialising in male and female aesthetics. Using functional training and bodybuilding techniques to achieve overall strength and general fitness goals.

Rachel Armstrong

Olympic lifting coach, all things technique and barbell. Offering adult and junior 1-1s, 1-2s, and a Friday night lifting session.

Colletter Pryer

Pre and post natal specialist, can do 1-1 assesments to get you back into exercise safely, online programming or personal training.

Monday to Thursday 6am to 8pm

Friday 6am to 7pm

Weekends 8am - 12 noon.
