Meet the coaches

    Collette

    AKA Colls; wears many many layers of clothing, bright coloured clothing, sometimes hurts your eyes.

    Collette is our pre/post natal coach here at the gym. If you aren't sure who she is, shes usually found surrounded by babies, or dogs.

    Our resident coaching assistant is called Jarvis, he is trained to bark if anyone is skipping reps.

    Emma

    Emma is a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor.

    Emma will usually be spotted eating ready salted crisps whilst running RIDICULOUS distances. Emma is also part of the coaching team and within the gym she is usually strength training in open gym or jumping in on one of the classes in between PT clients.     Hesus

    Hesus is the driving force behind the business.

    Hesus programmes the daily workouts that you all have a love/hate relationship with.

    Hesus background varies from BT engineer to Triathlete and coach to CrossFit athlete and coach to maintenance man, he’s basically a chameleon.

    Ami

    Usually seen sporting a lot of sweat, and usually dressed in black.

    Ami is a lover of all things fitness, another qualified PT with a degree in exercise physiology and various coaching qualifications.

    Although Ami won't be offering PT here at the gym, she will be joining the coaching “force” to ensure you have the best hour of your day.

    Max

    Max is our newest, youngest and arguably our best looking coach :)

    Max has went through the ranks from apprentice, to gym instructor, personal trainer and had been in the industry for about 6 years now.

    His training methods are current and he keeps things fresh by always taking a learning opportunity. Max will be offering PT outside of his coaching hours.

  • Rachel

    Rachel is our youngest member of the coaching team, but certainly not lacking in experience…or volume!

    Rachel is qualified in weight lifting and olympic lifting and this is her specialism. So if you’re wanting to tighten up your technique or learn a new skill, then get in touch with Rach. She is also our in house sports therapist too.
